Is Marian Going To Be Cut Out of the Movie?
So I've been wondering about this for a little bit.
Is Marian going to be in the movie adaption of Beautiful Creatures?
A lot of casting has been announced for the main characters, and some minors ones, but, I haven't seen any news about the casting of Marian.
Do you guys think they're going to cut her out of the story, and have Amma be a librarain? Some of the news reports have mentioned she's a librarian. If Marian is cut out, the whole subplot of her in Beautiful Chaos will have to be altered or cut out too.
So hmm. What do you guys think?

I agree 50/50. We are talking about the movie beautiful creature, not beautiful chaos, yet. If she is not going to be in the first movie then maybe they will have her in the second movie. I can honestly say that I don't remember her being as important in beautiful creatures as she was in beautiful darkeness and chaos. Maybe I need to read beautiful creatures again.I don't think it would make a lot of sense for them to make amma a librarian.

They should not cut her out! It wouldn't make any sense if they didn't, the whole series wouldn't make sense!

I don't think Marian should be cut out like you said they would have to change a lot in beautiful chaos and are there really reports of Amman being a librarian? But a lot of times movie people only care about money I don't think this series has a big enough following for them to feel secure that it's going to do well so by cutting and combining characters like sarafine/mrs. Lincoln (which by the way makes no sense except for the one part when sarafine is inside mrs. Lincoln controlling her) and then if they combine amma and Marian that's less money spent. I mean I could be totally wrong but right know that's what I see going on and it's a shame because I really love all these characters and the movie should do them justice not alter them.

There's an actress that's attached to the movie (according to Beautiful Creatures imdb page), her name is Ada Michelle Loridans. Maybe she's in negotiations to play Marian.

They can't cut Marian! She's Ethan's only connection to the Caster library. Also, what about Liv in Beautiful Darkness and Beautiful Chaos? I think she should be in the movies, and there's no way to include her in the movies if they cut Marian.

I really hope they don't cut out Marian. If they cut out Marian then they are probably going to cut out Liv too.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!! if they cut Marian out they will be making a BIG mistake in the second and third book Marian plays an EXTREME part!!!!!!!!!!!
If they cut her out their will be no Liv and i want to addition for Liv!!!!!!!!

Tape your audition and put it on utube. I think that the fan production of hunger games helped to show the directors how the movie should read to the viewers/
