Beautilful Chaos Question...

 I Got My Friend Beautiful Chaos For Her Birthday. So I Think The Tuesday After That She Came Into School And Was Upset. So She Showed Me Where Ethan Jumps Of The Water Tower And Shes Saying Hes Already Dead. But I Disagree. It Didn't Actually Say He Hit The Ground, Right? So Wouldn't That Mean He Is Still Alive?

I'm Not Really Worrying About It To Much Because Ive Barely Started Beautiful Darkness, But I'm Just Asking.

I think that he does die to save Gatlin and his friends, family, Lena and to arrange the Order. 

But then i thought about it and that maybe Amma would make a deal with someone and trade her life to bring back Ethan and she would die herself to bring him back and make Lena once again happy (when you read Beautiful Darkness you will find out how she will act after Macon's death) and so that Lena wouldn't do the same and go back in the hands of Abraham :)
Hope this was hopeful, I cried when I read the last 2-3 chapters :/ xxx

well i just hope that the fourth book isnt the depressing story of Lena and how she coped with her boyfriends suicide. so i dont think he died for real
